Moodle users - do you need to fix your computer?

Some students cannot view all of the Moodles and this means they can’t work on all of the assessments.

How will you know if it’s you? In the MYOB, Spreadsheets and Complex Spreadsheets Moodles you should be able to scroll down and view all the way to the end of the semester, including details of the final (supervised) assessment.

If you can’t view the final assessment information (regarding weeks, bookings, etc.) then your computer is not showing you the entire Moodle and you may be missing other information and other assessments.

How to fix it? You need to clear (delete) all of your temporary internet files or offline content. Your computer is showing you the Moodle as it was several weeks ago.

If deleting your temporary files doesn’t work then you should either change browser on your computer, or come in to the TAFE Library and use the TAFE computers to view the Moodle.
