BAS/IAS Classes - Please Read

The day class starts Tuesday 20/9/11 from 1-4pm in room F1.11.

The night class has been rescheduled to start from 11/10/11  for 8 weeks from 6-9pm in F1.11.

The teacher of the night class is still scheduled to attend at 6.00pm on 22/9/11 so that students who have not received a phone call are aware of the rescheduling.

Cert-III/Cert-IV Payroll Assessment Information - Night Students

The Tuesday night payroll assessment is being held on 20th September 2011 at 6pm at Baulkham Hills in DG12.

The assessment covers MYOB data files (for payroll),  payroll setup, payroll processing and the production (printing) of correct reports.

The style of the assessment is similar to work completed during the semester with the textbook. The assessment runs for two (2) hours.

Applying for university next year? - Join David at the Hills College for a UAC application sessions. Click here to see days and times!

David has  scheduled three one-hour time slots for UAC applications as follows:

·         Tuesday 13 September: 12 noon at E1.06, Castle Hill (accessible for IT, Accounting, & Community Service)
·         Wednesday 14 September: 12 noon at BH Library, blue computers
·         Monday 19 September: 12 noon at BH Library, blue computers

The sessions are intended to get students to use the UAC website such as the course search function and start their UAC applications in the session. There is an option to ‘quit’ the UAC application and complete it later – so the emphasis will be to get students to start their applications.

Are you enrolled in  in diploma course? Or a Certificate IV course?  You may be eligible to enrol at university next year. 

Note, Friday September 30 is the closing date for ‘on time’ UAC applications.
