Administration Assistant
(Permanent/Part-Time Position)
We are a leading prosthetic company situated in Northmead and are seeking an experienced long term administration assistant for a minimum 22.5 hours per week, we are flexible with days and hours with the exception that you are required to work Fridays, with the ability to cover sick days and/or annual leave days if required. We welcome applicants re-entering the workforce, previous administration experience is a must.
The successful applicant will work in a friendly team environment of a small but busy office at our Northmead practice.
The successful applicant must have:
Ø Advanced knowledge of MYOB, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Outlook
Ø The ability to learn and work efficiently using our in house system
Ø Must be well organised, with an ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ø Able to multi task, adapt & prioritise work as required
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills & show initiative
Duties would include:
Ø Accounts Payable data processing
Ø Accounts Receivable
Ø Payroll Processing
Ø Relieving on reception
Ø ISO 9001 compliance control
Ø Various administrative tasks as requested by management.
A knowledge of ISO 9001: 2008 and bookkeeping would be an advantage.
An immediate start is available for the successful applicant.

Wage is commensurate with experience.
