If you have had difficulties accessing your DEC student portal either at home or in the College environment, you should do one of the following:
- Attend an open lab session on Thursdays for assistance from a teacher. If teaching staff are unable to access your student account you will need to see customer service staff;
- Refer to campus library staff (at Baulkham Hills); or
- Refer to customer service staff at either location (Castle Hill or Baulkham Hills).
